Personal protection

1 There should be corresponding safety measures for erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and operators should wear personal protective equipment and non-slip shoes.

2 When erecting and dismantling scaffolding, safety warning lines and warning signs should be set up, and they should be supervised by a dedicated person, and non-operating personnel are strictly prohibited from entering.

3 When setting up temporary construction power lines on scaffolding, insulation measures should be taken, and operators should wear insulating non-slip shoes; there should be a safe distance between the scaffolding and the overhead power transmission line, and grounding and lightning protection facilities should be set up.

4 When erecting, using and dismantling scaffolding in a small space or a space with poor air circulation, measures should be taken to ensure sufficient oxygen supply, and the accumulation of toxic, harmful, flammable and explosive substances should be prevented.

1 The load on the scaffolding working layer shall not exceed the load design value.

2 Work on the scaffolding should be stopped in thunderstorm weather and strong wind weather of level 6 or above; scaffolding erection and dismantling operations should be stopped in rain, snow and foggy weather. Effective anti-slip measures should be taken for scaffolding operations after rain, snow and frost, and snow should be cleared on snowy days.
3 It is strictly forbidden to fix supporting scaffolding, guy ropes, concrete delivery pump pipes, unloading platforms and supporting parts of large equipment on the working scaffolding. It is strictly forbidden to hang lifting equipment on the working scaffolding.
4 During the use of scaffolding, regular inspections and records should be kept. The working status of the scaffolding should comply with the following regulations:
1 The main load-bearing rods, scissor braces and other reinforcement rods and wall connecting parts should not be missing or loose, and the frame should not have obvious deformation;
2 There should be no water accumulation on the site, and the bottom of the vertical pole should not be loose or hanging;
3 Safety protection facilities should be complete and effective, and there should be no damage or missing;
4 The support of the attached lifting scaffolding should be stable, and the anti-tilting, anti-falling, stop-floor, load, and synchronous lifting control devices should be in good working condition, and the lifting of the frame should be normal and stable;
5 The cantilever support structure of the cantilever scaffolding should be stable.
When encountering one of the following situations, the scaffolding should be inspected and a record should be made. It can only be used after confirming safety:
01 After bearing accidental loads;
02 After encountering strong winds of level 6 or above;
03 After heavy rain or above;
04 After the frozen foundation soil thaws;
05 After being out of use for more than 1 month;
06 Part of the frame is dismantled;
07 Other special circumstances.

6 When safety hazards occur during the use of the scaffolding, they should be eliminated in time; when one of the following conditions occurs, the operating personnel should be evacuated immediately, and inspections and disposal should be organized in time:

01 Rods and connectors are damaged due to exceeding the material strength, or due to slippage of the connection nodes, or due to excessive deformation and are not suitable for continued load-bearing;
02 Part of the scaffolding structure loses balance;
03 The scaffolding structure rods become unstable;
04 The scaffolding tilts as a whole;
05 The foundation part loses the ability to continue to bear loads.
7 During the process of pouring concrete, installing engineering structural parts, etc., it is strictly forbidden to have anyone under the scaffold.
8 When electric welding, gas welding and other hot work are carried out in the scaffold, the work should be carried out after the hot work application is approved. Fire prevention measures such as setting up fire buckets, configuring fire extinguishers, and removing flammable materials should be taken, and special personnel should be assigned to supervise.
9 During the use of the scaffold, it is strictly forbidden to carry out excavation work under and near the foundation of the scaffold pole.
The anti-tilt, anti-fall, stop layer, load, and synchronous lifting control devices of the attached lifting scaffold shall not be removed during use.
10 When the attached lifting scaffold is in lifting operation or the external protective frame is in lifting operation, it is strictly forbidden to have anyone on the frame, and cross-operation shall not be carried out under the frame.

Scaffolding should be erected in sequence and should comply with the following regulations:

1 The erection of ground-based working scaffolding and cantilever Scaffolding should be synchronized with the construction of the main structure engineering. The erection height at one time should not exceed 2 steps of the top wall tie, and the free height should not be greater than 4m;

2 Scissor braces, Scaffolding Diagonal Brace and other reinforcement rods should be erected synchronously with the frame;
3 The erection of component assembly scaffolding should extend from one end to the other and should be erected step by step from bottom to top; and the erection direction should be changed layer by layer;
4 After each step frame is erected, the vertical spacing, step spacing, verticality and horizontality of the horizontal rods should be corrected in time.
5 The installation of wall ties of working scaffolding should comply with the following regulations:
01 The installation of wall ties should be carried out synchronously with the erection of working scaffolding;
02 When the operating layer of the working scaffolding is 2 steps or more higher than the adjacent wall ties, temporary tie measures should be taken before the installation of the upper wall ties is completed.
03 When erecting cantilever scaffolding and attached lifting scaffolding, the anchoring of the cantilever support structure and the attached support should be stable and reliable.
04 Scaffolding safety protection nets and protective railings and other protective facilities should be installed in place simultaneously with the erection of the frame.

Removal

1 Before the scaffold is dismantled, the stacked materials on the working layer should be cleared.

2 The dismantling of scaffolding shall comply with the following provisions:
-The dismantling of the frame shall be carried out step by step from top to bottom, and the upper and lower parts shall not be operated at the same time.
-The rods and components of the same layer shall be dismantled in the order of outside first and inside later; the reinforcing rods such as scissor braces and diagonal braces shall be dismantled when the rods in that part are dismantled.
3 The wall connecting parts of the working scaffolding shall be dismantled layer by layer and synchronously with the frame, and the wall connecting parts shall not be dismantled in one layer or several layers before the frame is dismantled.
4 During the dismantling of the working scaffolding, when the height of the cantilever section of the frame exceeds 2 steps, a temporary tie shall be added.
5 When the working scaffolding is dismantled in sections, reinforcement measures shall be taken for the undismantled parts before the frame is dismantled.
6 The dismantling of the frame shall be organized uniformly, and a special person shall be appointed to command, and cross-operation shall not be allowed.
7 It is strictly forbidden to throw the dismantled scaffolding materials and components from high altitude.

Inspection and acceptance

1 The quality of materials and components for scaffolding should be inspected by type and specification according to the batches entering the site, and can only be used after passing the inspection.
2 The on-site inspection of the quality of scaffolding materials and components should adopt the method of random sampling to conduct appearance quality and actual measurement inspection.
3 All components related to the safety of the frame, such as the support of the attached lifting scaffolding, the anti-tilt, anti-fall, and load control devices, and the cantilevered structural parts of the cantilevered scaffolding, should be inspected.
4 During the erection of scaffolding, inspections should be carried out at the following stages. It can only be used after passing the inspection; if it is unqualified, rectification should be carried out and it can only be used after passing the rectification:
01 After the completion of the foundation and before the erection of the scaffolding;
02 After the erection of the horizontal bars of the first floor;
03 Every time the working scaffolding is erected to the height of one floor;
04 After the support of the attached lifting scaffolding and the cantilever structure of the cantilever scaffolding are erected and fixed;
05 Before each lifting and after lifting into place of the attached lifting scaffolding, and before each lowering and after lowering into place;
06 After the external protective frame is installed for the first time, before each lifting and after lifting into place;
07 Erect the supporting scaffolding, the height is every 2 to 4 steps or not more than 6m.
5 After the scaffolding reaches the designed height or is installed in place, it should be inspected and accepted. If it fails to pass the inspection, it shall not be used. The acceptance of scaffolding should include the following contents:
01 Quality of materials and components;
02 Fixing of erection site and supporting structure;
03 Quality of frame erection;
04 Special construction plan, product certificate, instructions for use and test report, inspection record, test record and other technical information.
